肿瘤微环境在细胞休眠中的作用及机制

摘要:转移和复发是肿瘤相关死亡的主要原因,是当前肿瘤治疗的瓶颈。近年来研究发现肿瘤休眠在转移和复发中发挥了重要作用 。肿瘤休眠后可在机体内潜伏多年,对放化疗表现出耐受性,是肿瘤复发的定时炸弹,也是具有价值的潜在治疗靶点。现阶段肿瘤休眠可分为细胞休眠、血管性休眠与免疫性休眠。本文重点关注肿瘤细胞休眠,探讨肿瘤微环境与休眠细胞间的相互影响,以期为基础科研和临床试验提供肿瘤治疗新思路。?

The role of the microenviroment in regulating dormant cell fate in cancer
Abstract:Metastasis and recurrence are the leading causes of tumor-related death as well as the bottleneck of current tumor treatment. In recent years, studies have found that tumor dormancy plays an important role in metastasis and recurrence. The dormant tumor can be latent in the body for many years, showing tolerance to radiotherapy and chemotherapy, which is not only a time bomb for tumor recurrence but also a potential therapeutic target for oncotherapy. At present, tumor dormancy can be divided into three categories including cell dormancy, vascular dormancy, and immune dormancy. This review focuses on cell dormancy and explores the interaction between tumor microenvironment and dormant cells, hoping to provide new ideas for basic scientific research and clinical trials.
