基于改进Louvain的可疑共谋Tor路由节点团体发现算法

摘要:随着Tor匿名网络的广泛使用,攻击者通过控制的路由节点进行非法活动,严重威胁了用户的匿名性和隐私安全。因此,如何识别可疑共谋Tor路由节点团体对于维护Tor网络的安全性具有重要意义。本文首先提出了一种基于配置信息计算节点关联度的方法,在此基础上,又提出了一种基于改进Louvain算法的可疑共谋路由节点团体发现算法(SEW-Louvain),将节点关联度作为权重参数融入模块度增益计算,并设置阈值以避免过拟合,从而发现可疑共谋Tor路由节点团体。实验证明,该改进算法能够提高团体发现的精度和可靠性。

suspicious collusion Tor relay community discovery algorithm based on improved Louvain
Abstract:With the widespread use of Tor anonymous network, attackers carry out illegal activities through controlled routing nodes, which seriously threatens the anonymity and privacy of users. Therefore, how to identify suspected collusion Tor routing node community is of great significance to maintain the security of Tor network. This paper first proposed a method to calculate node correlation degree based on configuration information, and then proposed a suspected collusion routing node community discovery algorithm based on improved Louvain algorithm (SEW-Louvain). Node correlation degree was incorporated into the calculation of module degree gain as a weight parameter, and threshold was set to avoid overfitting. Thus found suspected collusion Tor routing node groups. Experiments show that the improved algorithm can improve the precision and reliability of group discovery.
