锂离子电池负极容量衰减仿真

摘要:锂离子电池在循环过程中,负极会发生消耗电池中活性锂的副反应,而产生容量衰减。本文建立了以NCM111与石墨为正负极的锂离子电池负极容量衰减模型,采用 COMSOLMuliphysics多物理场软件仿真了负极颗粒粒径在10~38μm范围的电池容量衰减行为,分析了电池在多次循环后的容量变化,负极发生副反应类型与反应速率。研究结果对负极材料颗粒粒径的设计具有一定参考价值。

Simulation of Anode Capacity Fade in Lithium-Ion Battery
Abstract:During the cycle of lithium-ion battery, the anode electrode will consume the active lithium in the battery, resulting in capacity fade. In this paper, a one-dimensional electrochemical anode capacity fade model was established with NCM111 and graphite as cathode and anode materials. COMSOL Muliphysics multi-physics software was used to simulate the capacity fade behavior of the battery when the anode particle radiuswas from 10 um to 38 μm, and the capacity change of the battery after multiple cycles was analyzed. Type and rate of side reaction in anode electrode. The results have some reference value for particle radius design of anode material.
